Job Responsibilities:
· Ensure the daily care of every child by following all licensing guidelines and implementing all company standards.
· Promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the children under your care
· Communicate directly with parents and prospective parents to achieve success for the child.
· Help with meal and snack preparation, feeding children, modeling table manners at family style meals.
· Maintain a fun and interactive classroom that is safe, clean and organized.
Requirements:
· Passion for working with children and developing young minds!
· The ability to meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience
· Flexibility as to the hours and schedule of work – no nights or weekends!
· Experience working in a licensed childcare facility, 12 college credits in ECE – we will train!
Compensation and Benefits:
· Compensation based on Position, Education and Experience. Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options
· Assistant Teacher- $15.75-$21.70
· Teacher- $16.25-$22.80
· Lead Teacher- $17.60-$26.35
· Health insurance (medical, dental and vision), paid time-off and 401K (plus company match) provided for full-time employees
· Limited medical offered for part-time workers
· Education assistance including tuition reimbursement and certification available to all employees
